Our proven 6-step methodology incorporates sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, client and talent engagement and onboarding. Here’s what’s involved in each step.

Sourcing

We source only the most talented individuals from our large, highly-curated and vetted talent pool. We also work to understand the scope of work you need, as well as your culture, values and ethics, so we can find the optimal talent match for your organisation.

Screening

Our stringent screening and interview mechanisms mean we only present talent to you who we believe will deliver outstanding work, be a cultural fit, and make a healthy contribution to your business’s success.

Onboarding

We make sure all your onboarding requirements are met quickly and comprehensively before our consultant is due to start working in your business. With thorough preparation, we make sure they have everything in place to hit the ground running on day one.

Replacing

We’re proud of the fact that our talent is happy and supported, which is evident in our low turnover. However, if talent does need to be replaced, we do everything we can to replace our consultant with as little disruption to your business as possible.

Contracting and Billing

A Master Services Agreement (MSA) governs the relationship during our service period. While our contracts run for a minimum period of 6 months, we suggest a 12-month contract to allow our resources to fully immerse themselves in your business and projects.

Resource Management

We stay connected with our digital resources by conducting structured monthly one-on-one meetings with each individual, using tracking tools and feedback mechanisms such as the NPS scoring methodology to anticipate any potential roadblocks before they happen.
